• I retain the right to refuse or cancel a commission that I deem unsuitable (if I cancel, you will be partially refunded based on how much work is completed)

• Sketches are non-refundable

• If you think that your commission will require a lot of revisions, I'm not the artist for you

• All prices are base prices; price increases based on complexity

• Delivery of finished work will not happen until client has paid in full

• Commission slots are limited: if I turn down your commission, it doesn't mean it's a forever "no" and I will let you know that

 

Payment

Payment must be done through VGen. (https://vgen.co/batsfine)

I will start your commission after the first payment (deposit or full payment). I will not provide a sketch before payment. I’m aware that some people will take sketches and use AI to render them. For this reason, sketches are non-refundable.

Please read the individual commission information carefully before requesting it.

 

Refunds

If the commission is cancelled, refunds will be issued based on the progress of the piece. Sketches are non-refundable.

 

Communication

I prefer that all services and communication are done through VGen once the commission has started. Discord message requests will be ignored.

Credit and Commercial Use

All works include commercial use, but credit is mandatory: "Batsfine"

 

Intellectual Property Rights

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to allow me to use and feature the finished work on my website, portfolio, social media, and things like published art books. You are forbidden from using my art in AI generations or NFTs.

 

Revisions

You have two revisions during the creation process. If you know that you’ll require a lot of revisions, seek out a different artist.

 

Deadlines and Delivery

If you have a strict completion deadline, please let me know in advance. In case of an unexpected delay, I will contact you immediately. Please also see “Rush fees” below. Delivery will be completed through VGen.

 

Rush fee

I will charge an additional 30% if your deadline is tighter than I could typically accommodate. You need to let me know of any hard deadlines before payment, if you have any.

 

Secrecy fee

If you don’t want me showcasing works in progress or streaming the creation process, I will charge an additional 20% of the base price.

 

Corporate use

This must be discussed with me before any agreement on price can happen. Credit is mandatory: "Batsfine"

 

Redistribution

You may not resell anything you've commissioned for mass distribution without paying an additional 100% of the original price.
